We had to flag a different waitress for drink refills, one in our party didn't get his food until everyone else had finished eating. I was served sweet tea instead of the unsweetened I ordered. No one was ever given second refills on our drinks. We saw our waitress a total of three times from the time we ordered drinks till she brought the check.
We consider ourselves locals here in Rodanthe for 9 months a year. We opened up Stingwrays in April and just closed it down today at end of October. We love this place both atmosphere and service. We're down to earth and not expecting a gourmet meal at the prices you'll get here. This is our favorite place to relax and enjoy. Today we recieved an opportunity to enjoy free appetizers that they were testing out for next year. Thay were AWESOME!
Where do I start.... walking in the hostess gave us the biggest attitude, and acted like she didn't want us there let alone seat us but she did and left the menus on the table and walked away. As we all looked at the menu we were in shock. 1 page of hardly anything. The waitresses came and took our drink order. Very friendly. She then tells us what is not available. Fine. We all order.. everything and I mean everything on every plate was cold. We all ate what we could and left... 4 out of the 6 people In our party were sick during the night. (Not saying it's was good poison) but we all had the same unset stomachs and pains...
Great service great atmosphere
Outside of the roaches running up the wall, great place. The roaches seemed very happy.
